Finnish sauna

Its regular use has a good effect on the circulatory system, heart function, regulating pressure jumps. It also strengthens the body's natural immunity.

Relatively low temperature, usually 50° Celsius, and maximum humidity (100%) make staying in a wet sauna a more delicate form of sauna. Session time is usually 8–20 minutes. Due to the high humidity, a large amount of steam is kept in the Roman sauna. This type of sauna is recommended e.g. for people with asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases. High temperature accelerates metabolic changes, thanks to which it allows you to burn more calories. Do not enter the sauna with an empty stomach, as this may lead to fainting.

It is worth letting yourself be carried away by the rushing river, in which you can feel like in a mountain stream. Before entering the rushing river, there is a small recreational pool with attractions in the form of hydromassage and water jets.

The salt cave uses the natural healing properties of the salt and minerals contained in it. The walls of such a place are lined with salt lumps.
